Experience
For his construction practice, Mr. Sarzynski has extensive experience with contract drafting and negotiation, mechanic's liens, surety bond claims, construction defect claims, delay and impact claims, bid disputes, and payment and performance disputes. For his commercial and collections practice, Mr. Sarzynski represents creditors in workouts, collections actions, restructurings, mortgage foreclosures, replevin actions, liquidations, and Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies. For his corporate practice, Mr. Sarzynski represents companies in entity formation, contract drafting, and employment issues.
