Experience

Mr. Bernhardt focuses his practice on various insurance matters including the defense of automobile, labor law, premises liability, and products liability cases, as well as subrogation.  A Buffalo native, Mr. Bernhardt studied law at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law and practiced law in Southern California for several years before returning to his hometown and joining the firm.
