Experience

Ms. Cody’s practice includes insurance defense litigation, business litigation, and general corporate matters. During law school, Ms. Cody served on the Jessup International Moot Court Board and was an associate editor for the Journal of Gender, Law, and Social Policy. She also competed on the Mock Trial Team, the Fasken-Martineau First Year International Moot Court team, and the American Bar Association Moot Court Team.
