Experience

For over 25 years Mr. Gioia has represented purchasers, sellers, and mortgage lenders in various residential and commercial real estate transactions. He often speaks at seminars and before large groups of real estate brokers, investors, and mortgage lenders on all levels of real property matters. Mr. Gioia also represents builders and real estate developers in matters relating to real estate development, land use, and zoning.
