Experience

Ms. Batt is a member of the firm's corporate practice group concentrating on business organization, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions. She received her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School where she served as the Business Editor of the Buffalo Criminal Law Review and was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Board. During her undergraduate time at Duquesne University, Ms. Batt was a scholarship member of the Division I women’s tennis team.
