Experience

Mr. Feeley is a trial attorney with a practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage, municipal defense, commercial litigation, and Native American Law. He has argued a large number of appeals at all appellate levels, including the New York State Court of Appeals. In addition to these areas listed above, Mr. Feeley has practiced across a broad spectrum of negligence defense, including ski defense, professional liability, and medical malpractice.
