Experience
Mr. Lema is a member of the firm’s corporate and commercial litigation practice groups. He has experience litigating shareholder disputes, land-use and zoning challenges, breach of contract actions, and commercial tort claims. Mr. Lema also assists not-for-profit enterprises with entity formation, obtaining tax-exempt status, and corporate governance. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lema practiced in Massachusetts, representing close corporations, early-stage ventures, and not-for-profit organizations in general corporate matters and business litigation.
