Experience

As a member of the firm’s property litigation practice group, Mr. Costello assists clients in answering complex coverage questions related to property insurance and provides analysis of those issues to our clients. He is also responsible for investigating and defending against first-party claims involving arson and fraud. His practice also includes the defense of bad-faith claims against insurers.

While in law school, Mr. Costello provided representation for indigent clients accused of misdemeanor level offenses through the Syracuse University College of Law Criminal Defense Clinic. He was a member of Syracuse’s award-winning National Trial Team and was elected to represent the interests of his classmates as a law school senator.
