Experience

Mr. McCann focuses his practice on representing businesses of various sizes from initial formation through succession planning. He also assists clients with estate planning and administration matters. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. McCann gained a great deal of experience representing lenders in various types of commercial transactions and worked as a compliance specialist at a local bank where he was responsible for interpreting banking specific regulations and assuring compliance related to consumer lending.
