Experience

Mr. Barna is a member of the firm’s property litigation group where he defends insurance companies in lawsuits commenced in both Federal and State Courts involving causes of action for breach of contract, bad faith, and violations of General Business Law § 349. He also provides clients with coverage analysis for complex questions involving property insurance.
