 IT Support Specialist

Our Buffalo office seeks a full time IT Support Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise support for the firm’s infrastructure and computing environments. Candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with customization and adaption of programs to meet users’ requirements, installing and updating software packages, assisting with mobile connectivity, assisting in research and procurement of computer accessories and supplies, along with other help desk functions. Candidate will be responsible for training in all firm facilities (including Rochester and Lockport offices) and on computer applications including MS Office. Experience supporting end users a plus.
