As head of our property litigation practice group, Marco Cercone delivers with extensive trial and appellate experience, as well as specialized expertise in New York State’s Broad Evidence Law.

Marco has deep experience in a number of areas, including arson, insurance fraud, appraisal under fire insurance policies, mortgagee claims, housing court defense, commercial & contract disputes, and contested foreclosure cases.

His mentorship goes beyond the associate attorneys and partners within his practice—he’s an adjunct instructor within Daemen College’s paralegal program. Marco is also a frequent lecturer and presenter on a number of topics related to property litigation, including fraud arson, appraisals, and material misrepresentation claims.
