The construction and development law practice group at Rupp Baase represents contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, developers, architects, and owners. Our services cover the entire spectrum of issues that can arise on a construction project, from contract negotiation to dispute resolution. We are attuned to the needs of our clients through memberships in organizations such as the Construction Exchange of Buffalo and Western New York and the Construction Financial Management Association. Currently, Dan Sarzynski, one of our partners, serves as president of CFMA’s Niagara Frontier chapter.
